For example, we choose to exercise or not. We decide to eat healthy or not. We choose to read one page of a book or not. No matter if you do or not, it is already a choice and decision in your life.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">So, every choice, and every decision affects your life. We become what we think and repeatedly choose to do daily.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">My dear friend Bryan says all the time. \u201cWe choose every day who we want to be with big decisions and small ones, and everyone matters.\u201d<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Don\u2019t just focus on big choices and long-term decisions, please be accountable for daily choices.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">P.S.
