Sure there are problems with Capitalism and the consumer economy but where are the alternatives that have been proven to be any better?
Most of the time, it’s been “tinkering” with the free market economy that has caused most of the issues.
I’ve been reading a great little book by Cliff Oxford entitled “Lambs to Leaders” where he gives liberal arts majors like me a primer on how to navigate corporate America and international business in our global world.
Capitalism isn’t rocket science. At its core, it’s very basic with simple rules and formulas. Apply yourself to gaining confidence through knowledge and you will not be disappointed.
